30-day returns
You can return unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items we cannot accept
For safety reasons we cannot accept opened medicines, products with broken seals, or items that have been stored improperly.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund at no cost.
How to start a return
Email support@uspharma.com with your order number. We will reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
