Do I need a prescription to order?
No. US Pharma sells over-the-counter (OTC) products only, so no prescription is required for anything in our store.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 2–4 business days and is free on orders over $25. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout.
Do you ship to all US states?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states. We do not currently ship internationally.
Are your products genuine?
All products are sourced from licensed US distributors and are FDA-approved or FDA-regulated OTC products, sealed and within expiry.
How do I track my order?
Use the Shipment Tracking page with your order ID and billing email, or open the order from My Account.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.
Can I ask which product is right for me?
Yes. Contact us and a member of our pharmacy team can help you choose an OTC product and explain how to use it.
